England photo series is a project I developed while visiting England in tres opportunities. In this project I wanted to show the contrast of a country where dark tones and shades predomine. A land where stone, brick-made architecture along with political organization, history, arts and the British culture. The red cross on the white background, a grey deep sky, sophisticated blacks, dark reds, kingdom golds, cool moist air, and the fertile green of the countryside show a land of confidence and character, a content that I wanted to represent in my photographs. It is a country that stands out and it does mean to do it.
England photo series es un proyecto que desarrollé durante visitas a Inglaterra que realicé en tres oportunidades. En este proyecto, quise mostrar el contraste de un país donde predominan los tonos oscuros y sombras. Una tierra donde la arquitectura hecha de ladrillos y piedra está enlazada a la organización política, la historia, las artes y la cultura británica. La cruz roja en un fondo blanco, un cielo gris profundo, negros sofisticados, rojos oscuros, dorados del reinado, el aire fresco y húmedo, y el verde fértil del campo muestran una tierra de confianza y carácter, un contenido que quería representar en mi fotografías. Es un país que se destaca y elige hacerlo.
